"Have worked with Dan there and had carpet replaced in 3 homes.. he has a good memory. Has also arranged to have replaced pads when we had a dog urine problem. The store is not to pretty on the outside, but never judge a book by the cover. The people are great to work with. I had quoted with big box stores simultaneously, and these guys still came on ontop with lower prices and a quality working relationship. Once they had credited me a refund for an error which I would have otherwise not known about. Very honest people and will continue my business with them for my future carpet replacements."
